At Abs2b Fitness all products are custom made to order based off of your color selections,measurements and so on....
If you are not satisfied with your item contact us and we will find a solution, but bear in mind we can not resale an items that was made to your fit, yous must contact us within 2 days you receive your package so we can fix the issue ASAP!
If you are not satisfied with your order, please e mail us and every case will be review to find a solution that makes you happy,Please do not send packages without having contacted us, they will not be processed.
Please read carefully before sending any package back, we do not want to miss them! Pretty please!
YOU MUST E MAIL US AT CUSTOMERSERVICE@ABS2BFITNESS.COM BEFORE SENDING A PACKAGE TO US IN ORDER TO GET A RETURN NUMBER therefore, packages with no return number and packing slip will not be processed. (sorry to use caps, is just that we are in a huge office building and packages get lost).
Our standard delivery timescale is 10-15 working days for orders with the USA. ABS2B FITNESS APPAREL will not be held responsible for any postal / courier delays, which would be out of our control.
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be responsible to follow the normal returns procedure. On receiving delivery of your order, if it is in anyway damaged you must inform us within 48 hours by e mailing email@example.com or it will not be accepted.
All international orders will be posted via USPS priority, Delivery timescales will vary, depending on the destination of the order, usual times are 2-3 weeks.
Order Cancellations / Modifications
Order cancellation or modification will be only accepted in the first 24 hours of placing it so we advice to read carefully the order confirmation sent by our system. If you need to change something, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly modify your order.
Once your item has been cut and sew we can not cancel the order.
