Delivery Process and Return/Refund Policy
Please read carefully before sending any package back, we do not want to miss them! Pretty please!
YOU MUST E MAIL US AT CUSTOMERSERVICE@ABS2BFITNESS.COM BEFORE SENDING A PACKAGE TO US IN ORDER TO GET A RETURN NUMBER therefore, packages with no return number and packing slip will not be processed. (sorry to use caps, is just that we are in a huge office building and packages get lost). Closeout items are not refundable.
Our standard delivery timescale is 10-15 working days for orders with the USA. ABS2B FITNESS APPAREL will not be held responsible for any postal / courier delays, which would be out of our control.
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be responsible to follow the normal returns procedure. On receiving delivery of your order, if it is in anyway damaged you must inform us within 48 hours by e mailing email@example.com or it will not be accepted.
All international orders will be posted via USPS priority, Delivery timescales will vary, depending on the destination of the order, usual times are 2-3 weeks.
Order Cancellations / Modifications
Order cancellation or modification will be only accepted in the first 72 hours of placing it so we advice to read carefully the order confirmation sent by our system. If you need to change something, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly modify your order.
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, however, should you wish to return any item to us a full refund will be issued, minus postage costs.
The item must be returned to us within 14 days - unsoiled and in the condition that it was delivered to you, with all original tags still intact. Please allow up to 10 working days for your account to be credited with a refund. Please note that refund value will match the price of garment at time of purchase. If you wish to exchange goods, the item must be returned to us within 14 days - unsoiled and in the condition that it was delivered to you, with all original tags still intact.
No refund or exchange will be applicable, under any circumstances, after 14 days of signing for the package. Any returned goods must include a covering letter with your contact details, stating the reason for return and if you require a refund or exchange. In the event of an exchange, please let us know exactly what you would like your exchange to be.
We would strongly recommend returning your parcels via a tracking service, as it is your responsibility for returning your items back to us. We will only cover the cost of postage if an item is damaged or faulty. Please note all items are individually quality checked before they leave our facilities. In the event of any faulty goods being returned to us, it is at our discretion to refund / replace it.
Custom Items or special orders
If the item was custom made with special details no refund or exchanges will be made, we can tailor the item to different size if required.
Items with Mesh cut outs placements ordered by client, Ultra Ripper, solid White tights/bras, Belly Melting and Kitty Cat tights are not refundable, but can be tailored to fit if there is a size problem.
Items in full print are 100% refundable within 14 days, meeting and passing qc and inspection.
